We take pride whenever our clients mentioned us as their panel lawyers for their corporate and commercial agreements. A drafting of an agreement by a corporate lawyer comes with responsibility. Aside from producing relevant and practical agreements for our clients, we also need to protect ourselves from any risk and liability.

Hence, Messrs Nur Maidin & Co shall no longer accept any request /instructions to draft agreements which we considered as Investment Agreement/ Crowdfunding Agreements/ Public Funding Agreements. There are too many cases that involve legal firms that have been dragged by scammers who hired them to draft Investment Agreements.

Unless a company or a business is registered under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia to legally provide an Investment Scheme to public, we shall not be able to provide the service to draft any investment agreement.
